Successful relationships or friendships can never be built from Intimidation. The very act of intimation is to belittle or make someone afraid of their comments. A child or teen must put up a shield, or armor against those kids that want to bully.

Remember the core principals of bullying is to put another person down. They tend to pick on the shy child or teen or want to take the power from the other person. If the child or teens lacks verbal assertion skills the bully will take over this relationship. Their motives are never good. The emotional damage is Low self worth every time.

Courage to stand up against the bully is the skill needed to overcome any Bully Situation. The 7 step system that I teach in educational workshops using universal spiritual principals gives the Parents the communication skills to empower the young child or teen to overcome the negative behavior of a bully.

Everything the bully says is false. Bullies look for weaknesses, sensitivities, or insecurities so they can exploit that person. Bully prey on people they can isolate which could include the new kid at school or neighborhood or teen on the internet. Isolating yourself from other people over long periods of time is not a good thing.

Key Point: When a bully picks on you, it isn’t about you or any flaws you might have, it is about the Bully’s own issues. The bully’s intention is to intimidate, tease or poke fun of someone. It is a form of deception and is labeled as faulty thinking. These labels that the bully will attempt to use are never good to the other person.

The words they use are false not truthful. The belittling or the words that the bully uses is never from a form of uplifting of enhancing the child, teen or adult.

Building strength requires the intimidated person to examine the words and then say, This is not truth about me. The inner truth of the person, even young children come from someone who says, this is not fair or correct. The bully in the classroom, playground, or any setting will never be liked by others. This one “Truth” can build leverage against the bully. In general society does not like the bully. This is why a bully should be confronted when the behavior occurs. Proactive action on the part of a teacher, adult, parents, youth directors, therapists, religious leaders should occur promptly. This is where the solution begins.

I will tell you my personal story of overcoming my bully situation.

I was bullied for 26 years in a rural area of Kentucky and had witnessed extreme family violence due to this bully. His father battered him and he repeated the physical abuse into my marriage and my five children.

I was raised by a southern mother from North Carolina and a father from Ohio. Due to my shy personality I did not have assertion skills leaving my home to go to college.

Manners, being nice and polite with a strong work ethic was what was expected. This lack of verbal skills and being too polite allowed my bully to overcome and dominate me for my entire marriage until I finally received my education to leave this environment and my bully spouse. This situation was complicated due to the safety of my 5 children.

After 12 years, I was beginning to speak up for myself and my faith was definitely growing toward standing up one day to a full fledge bully and battering.

The defining moment came when I was slapped coming down the court steps of a court house after hearing the judge say to my very angry spouse he would have to pay a small claims fee.

I was blamed for his anger due to a situation where I was called out to buy a refrigerator when the refrigerator was not in good repair. The back part of the refrigerator was not shown which was rusty from a back porch.

The two employees of my husbands company witnessed the slapping but were too scared to protect me. At this split second, I knew I would divorce this husband. I had to get an education before I could successfully leave him.

The day that I finally pushed back when he started to shove me I became a new empowered woman. The “Angels” were there to protect me from the demon I was facing.

From that day, my entire life changed. I was a new creation and I would never allow any more physical battering or bullying in my home.

This intense extreme situation would allow me someday to leave my home state and move to California where I would set up a 7 step system that would provide the universal steps for any person being bullied. My self worth soared from all the professional experience I gained and my mission was started to be courageous in everything I faced.

In California I was a bold woman who was moving into a Divine Purpose. This spiritual calling was How do I stop a bully when the intimidation is happening to so many of our teenagers in the schools.

I answered that question by researching 200 bible verses in the Holy Bible and understanding the strategic steps by my mentors who had taught problem solving by showing me. My calling in behavioral management and working with the challenge of highly defiant youth in the foster system led me to go into deep prayer for the solution of the bully behaviors and other deviant behaviors.

The solution came through a National Parenting program called “Total Transformation” I purchased the program for the Foster agency and in one year I was the trainer in five offices that knew what to do with the toughest youth in the foster system. My Supernanny services, Assertive Parenting and eventually Parent Mastery coaching services evolved out of God’s call on my life to solve the problem of defiant youth in California. From this situation I was called to solve the specific problem of bullying.

Anyone can rise from Bullying behaviors. “ It was because of your bullying I became my own person.”

Bullies thrive on ignorance. As soon as you become assertive, you will overcome the fear they put on you.

Bullies never teach the truth.

ENCOURAGEMENT: Learn the truth about yourself.

Learn the truth of the bully

DISCOURAGEMENT: The bully derives his strength from a lie. The bully has resentment and harbors contempt toward others.

Choose not to be a victim but instead take the experience and learn the great lesson of how to turn it to victory.

All my strength comes from within and no bully can define me.

Let us be Good Samaritans and stand up against the bully.

Bullies can be transformed by your Goodness

Stand together so we don’t Stand Alone

I left California in February of 2025 to return to my family after 25 years of living away from them. Last June I was called to “Stand in the Gap” like I had done for Amber to bring her out of 35 years of prostitution.

Previously, I had explained in a different podcast, the journey I had to take to go to get into the dark world of prostitution to bring Amber out.

Now I am being called out again to bring Kiko out of her alcohol and drug addiction for the sake of her baby in her womb. This young mother of about age 38 is pregnant to a former gang member in California. I as her former Landlord got her off the streets where she was homeless and brought her into my master bedroom.

She was originally from Minnesota where she had been raised by German Catholics. She told me how she had saved her younger brother from freezing in the cold waters of Minnesota lakes. Her brother had fallen in the frozen ice as she had to pull him up through the frigid ice to save his life. I was so amazed of Kiko’s courage and love.

I knew from my previous experience hearing my former husband’s story of Lake Placid New York. The ice would freeze over with 50 inches of snow. My Canadian father-in- law fished those lakes for many years. I knew her bravery of saving her younger brother from freezing to death was real.

I knew I was Niko’s spiritual mother since she was far from Minnesota and now living in my rental home. “Standing in the Gap” was my call again.

Niko continues to reach out to me when she needs the Strength and courage to do what is right in her drug addicted life. I found fentanyl in the master bedroom after I took her off the streets.

What a transformation coach does is reach the Heart of a young mother who is pregnant who wants to bring her baby back to Christ. I know Kiko will protect. her children when she would not protect herself. This is the Divine time to reach her by asking her when the baby is old enough, Could you take to church. Kiko will remember what her Grandmother did for her. She had encouraged Niko to get confirmed in the church by age 12.

This foundation I am going to pull from. Niko thinks like a protective mother for her children. She will stop using drugs for the sake of her child. Kiko has agreed to pay back the 8 months of free rent. She knows that is only right. She has texted me to tell me this. Her sense of responsibility is growing. I anticipate she will keep her word ( integrity). I planted accountability in her as a Transformational coach. Accountability works every time. The spirit of Truth working again.

I was one of three mentors brought up on stage. The mother came toward me and whispered in my ear. Can you bring my daughter out of prostitution? My answer was “YES”. I told the mother that Doug Bennett, founder of Magalene Hope was having a women’s conference that weekend. I invited her daughter and the mother with me to that 3 day conference. We all drove together. The mother warned me that Amber may not stay during the 3 day conference. I said that is okay. Well, she stayed until Saturday morning and then left. I followed up the following Monday to meet her in her rental apartment living behind her parent’s home. As a former social worker I was used in making home visits in every kind of situation. I presented myself as a business coach. She and her boyfriend of many years were together.

She stated that she had a escort business of 35 years and was used to making big money. As a Spiritual and transformational coach, I knew my biggest challenge was for Amber to transform her income to a honest lifestyle and not use prostitution money as her lifestyle. She did not have a high school diploma.

At this time Amber was coming into the back of her church with a wig on. She had 33 wigs that she used to hide her identity. Amber had been raised by a Christian mother who had remarried a man who did not like Amber. Amber’s aunt was also a harlot known in the community. Amber talked with me undercover, I was using a speaker phone to coach her throughout the Bakersfield area. She and her stepfather did not like each other.. He favored his own sons over Amber. Amber’s own biological father had died early in her life.

Eventually Amber came to live with me at my residence in her camper. She had paid $8,000 to buy her home on wheels. All this money Amber used was her prostitution money. She was living in poverty because she had no formal education and all her friends were drug addicts, some of which were high income men. Many of the men had wealthy families in which they lived. Amber was drawing men who were of all incomes. As this situation improved, Amber came to live outside my home for my affirmation training. She would come into my home in the morning, and I would provide coffee and I would begin to structure her life. She began to get up in the morning and I began to introduce her to many nationals spiritual coaches such as Joyce Myers, Jenezen Franklin, TBN network, Joel Osteen, and many others.

She was learning to get up, read her bible and begin to get discipline back in her life. I helped her medically to use her medicines from her doctors and get off PCP. I met many of her heroin users and she got away from all her former drug addicts.

This coaching that I provided took almost two years. I, as a coach risked my life on a road trip where Amber rolled over her car on a road trip.

I became her spiritual mother to get through all of our trials. She got clean and went back to live with her biological mother. Today she got back her children from foster care and now has fully met one of her former husbands that was Christian.

She is totally clean in her life and is fully Christian in all her ways. Her christian husband has a ministry and Amber is apart of that ministry. Amber and I will be Christian sisters for life. I can not describe the joy I feel as her Spiritual mother.

The law of “Good “ is active in all of my Affairs

Everything in my life comes under this intelligence which prospers and harmonizes all things. I affirm that God is creatively active in all of my experiences. I accept the manifestation of my good.

I am the artist of my own creation.

I am a success.

I have the Divine to attract everything that I need and desire.

Expect the best and get it.

I am a child of the most Living God, and therefore, I am one with his wisdom, that wisdom leads me in the paths of righteousness, peace, and true success

Divine intelligence now shows me all I need and & Affirmation power of commands

1. Brave Tool #1, be aware that you are facing a challenge. It is something that is going to require a change in thinking. It is going to take a POWER move to face it. Do not run from it. Change your paradigm.

2. An awareness begins to develop. Put your hand on the wheel. What direction are you wanting to go?

   Napoleon Hill said, “Every adversity has within it the seed of an equal or greater benefit, but it has to be found, planted, nurtured, and grown.” It will blossom you into your greatest potential.

   Think about the greater blessing that can come out of your circumstance. Write down the benefits.
